first no his evolution wont change
second depending on if your a stacker like me or a balancer like others youd different things
if you want to stack him put good strength,stamina,crit,break defense and hit on him I would say agi but your t1ing him through kisuke
if your a balancer youd just put strength,a little crit and break defense and hit and then whatever you think youd want on him

well I suggest you use you t1 kisuke to t1 orihime then orihime will t1 both your assualters make ulqiorra go before your main than your main with what I suggest is the last skill incase theres any survivors besides vanguard if the vanguard is alive
as for stones your obviously gonna need agi for orihime and kisuke
stones on ulqiorra should be strength crit break defense hit and if you want stamina I like to put stamina stones on all my partners

For speed order kisuke would use skill T1 then cute orihmne would use skill to give fury to all Ass ...

yes kisuke gives both assaulters 25 fury and then orihime gives both assaulters 25 fury t1ing both your assaulters and as I said id go with ulqiorra first then main with the tenth to sweep the rest away
