Gaining speed...

I need to tack on quite a bit of speed to my Shinso (15,000+)

level 61 miz mod soul, steadily leveling
level 8, tier 7 agi hogu
level 12 SC, working to improve
4x level 10 agi stones, 2x level 9 agi stones
Muramasa's speed in infused as much as it can for a while

i'm sure there is no easy way from this point (without a boatload of cash, lol) but any ideas would be welcomed!!  I need to keep him about 12% faster than my Rukia, which he is not ATM  oh,  and because i can do it, and want to...

which makes her effectivly speed of 295k... 11k of which are wasted

currently working on his hogus and accessories, leveling his boots, spirit stones are not an option for a while as i just won't nerf Rukia for him, and don't have the stones elsewhere.  got plans for hogus in the future, but that's gonna take time...

Shinso has a speed bond that you could always upgrade, that's pretty worth it if he's your long-term/final partner ^^
Also, boost their attack up will ya xD
