picture of my shinji now is given below. I dont plan on getting starrk cuz i think H.ichigo is better than him in case of surviving the team( although starrk is more cooler tho but H.Ichigo's mods let him get more dodge and bock so thats why).Right now.. i have a 1000 GR and 100mil silver so i can easily get him... just want an opinion if i shall go for him or no... another side question.. is the 90% cap only for spirit stones or the partner can not get anymore than 90%?
