You can not access my server!

I can not access my server  ( it's been over 24 hours and I still can not enter )
upon entering the game, the screen goes black.
I'm not the only one with this problem ( all of my server have the same problem )
and I tried everything (clear browsing data, enter from another browser ,reformatted my computer ) etc, etc.

My server (US)
Name account : Z u l l
Server : 173

As anyone knows to fix it?
