About T1 Kisuke!!

Is there anyway to make t1 kisuke to give 37 fury to supp and ass everytime?? cuz i faught a guy in Hueco mundo and he  had t1 kisuke and tavern(aizen+gin) and main with 63 fury start, and he got 37 to his whole team

It's by having high/max crit rate on Kisuke ^^

Crit rate applies to everything in battle pretty much: Normal attacks, skill attacks, blocks and fury. (Might be missing an example, but eh you get the point)

Soo this means when you have a partner that does fury regeneration to themself or your team, they can crit that fury regen!
So in Kisuke's case, he normally regens 25 fury. However, once he obtains enough crit rate, he should be doing a 'crit' with his fury regen; giving 37 fury instead of 25 to the team ^^

my kisuke has 57,8%crit rate plus another 20% on weapon skill but stil...
reaching 100% might be the key ?

the weapon skill gives crit damage meaning when the skill crits it does 20% more dmg, for example normal attack is 100, the crit would be for 100 dmg for a total of 200. with the 20% more crit dmg you would do 220 dmg. and yes reaching 100%+ would be what you need to do to have him give 37 fury every time my kiskue is like that and i have him max mod, evo lv 8 and 6x level 8 crit stones for a total of 102% crit

57% is quite high, but it won't give consistent rates for always doing 37 fury regen, pretty much 90% crit is needed for that ^^

Also the 20% on your weapon is crit damage instead, it does not give actual crit rate ^^

not even 90% will give 37 every time, it has to be 100%+ of it can still fail the 37 with that small % same way if you can get an extra turn from only having 1% combo rate

critical fury does depend on critical rate and probablity depends on its % value .............still........if u use kisuke and he has 100 % critical rate he will only provide 37 fury to only 3 partners which will be random in those 5 partners for to be sure use 3 partners to citical fury them . In total the partners who provide fury to all partners have 3 out of 5  critical fury provision , even if u use 3 partners he will provide critical fury to them .
