Is Inherit Broken?

When I try to open the Inherit menu, the game freezes.  I have logged out, refreshed page and opened a new browser with the same problem.   Is anyone else having this problem since the update?

I hope they fix this soon.  It's holding me up from getting Nemu's last mod and getting xp scrolls to level up a certain pink-haired partner.

I decided to burn up all the reishi I had saved up, 2700 gold and 1700 purple to level her up.  I was saving it for Noza, but it will be about 3 weeks until I can get him, so I guess my silver will be going to janken.  

I'm thinking of changing to a 1-3-1 formation when I get him.  Noza, Yachiru, Mayuri and Nemu, squad 11 and 12.  I was really wanting the new Yachiru to be a vanguard so I could just swap out Ichibe for her and keep Senju in.
