So how would the Titles from Ultimate BP work it's supposed to be given to #1 #2 and #3 meaning that there will be more than 1 person with the same Event title ?

In CN Titles was hand to like 20 ppl ea server. Best one for top 3 (not just 1st like for us), 4-10th get 2nd title and ten ppl 3rd. So well we already ggot sucker punched with how little ppl will get those titles. Like on my server was silent as we know who would be first 2 players there but last day 3-4 ppl went crazy to get 3rd place. Really madness well I start to think if worth to blow saved vit too to get that 3rd place as in month all would begin anew with race.

It doesn't matter if you don't want it, they are going to be merged on NA and EU, all of them. (except newer servers obviously)

So they change rule of the game every 2 day, and after merge on merge ? When yo develop a strategy on your server they broke it by "merge" juste good game to the developer, what is they're school of game development ? Just to avoid to send people on ...

How is it changing the rules? Server populations are getting low, mergers have to happen, and 99% of the people want mergers, half the forum pasts over the last months have been for server mergers. It's not hurting strategy, there will be more players, more competition. It's a needed move, and must be done. This is what browser games do when they get low population on older servers. You may like running around on a server with 5 actives through day and maybe 20 or so during events. But other's don't.
