I apologize if this has been asked but after sifting thru 20 pages of the thread I figured I'd just ask.

How does the girlfriend/konso system work? (Bare with there is more to this question)

I've heard various opinions from players on my server:
1. ppl going nuts when they get konso'd b/c they lose points (what points?)
2. They're no ill effects for either player the Konso'ee and the Konso'd (aside from the non-stop notification about not leaving stuff [How do you leave stuff?])
3. Konso only the top level player as they give you the most EXP (I sort tested this, the result was exactly the same. I even received a loot that were my lvl.)

Along side this the girlfriend systems confuses me even more, because it is possible for her to get tired, how would I go about making her tired?

Really would appreciate if you can help me figure this out.
