Aside from spending gold on them, you get them by lvling up, and 2 extra ones by completing what is required in achievements.

Kaien costs 200 purple reishi and omeada costs 50 blue reishi.u gotta do janken do get some reishi

Yes, there are.
There are a total of 4 stage for each zangpakuto.
