what's his level? when it's enouth to equip blue clothes, dann you can do this. When is lower, than you must first level him up.

I bought an ultimate set and tried to equip it. None of it showed up, so how can I earn it/ get it back without having to spend in game or real life currency? Plz help.

Same! It hasn't appeared in my backpack and I don't want to spend anything else on ultimate equipment until I get it, so I know it can be resolved.
