Who is better to use in this formation Visored Hiranko=Vanguard, Yamamoto=Assaulter, Kisuke Urahara=Supporter, And my Main.....?

Well gin is good utility wise but he won't be out speeding red supports unless he is severely stacked. So if you are needing more speed than kirinji would be the option otherwise stick with shinso gin for the stun and fury gain.

Shinso is AOE and very solid all around
Kirinji plays cleanup very well.  
If your yama is stacked hard and clears out most partners, kirinji is good at killing foes that yama doesn't get to, If your yama isn't strong enough to muscle through your foes, Shinso is a very good supplement.   but having 2 fury gain partners will probably not help any more than just one.  unless you can T1 Kisuke and make him fastest, then have him T1 Shinso and make him the second fastest, that will make the rest of your party naturally T1 without any more fury stones.
