Who is better for PVE

TSI only provides a strong skill attack for PVE, being 250% from his skill, which is 100% less than Noza's

LivingZento has spoken but yeah Nozarashi's single target 350% growth rate plus his damage buffs make him way better even with a stat growth rate difference.

The only way I'd say it's even a good debate is if TSI has his exclusive skill... but by then, Noza could too...   so at that point it becomes a matter of the same question...  TSI does improve MUCH more with his exclusive skill, but Noza does stay better in PVE with his, or at least he looks like he should

well even with them both being at exclusive 100 id still say its no competition noza gives 70 fury to assaulters as well as increases all allies atk by 40% along with his skill growth rate id say he wins by a land slide
meanwhile tsi's exclusive skill is more along the lines of pvp so id go with noza

apparently i was unclear of some of his stuff...  that 40% attack is big, unless you're a Hiki user he seems better all around.
