Hiki bond with Bankai Rukia

I was trying to figure out how much is actually 25% damage.  I had Hiki kill one entirely then half of one then two entirely.  Nothing seemed to work.

Anyone done this before and help me out?

All it means is your main has to do 75% or more total damage and Hiki has to do 25% or less.  Make sure you do not have anyone else in formation and no zanpakuto equipped.  Make sure if you don't kill them all in 1 attack from main being T1.  Look at battle stats after to confirm the percentages.
