In this game attacking first will it depend on speed or agility

lately i am trying to attack some guys there characters speed is much less than mine but they are attacking me first even though they had low speed i am confused and my reatsu is 7 levels higher than thiers. where is the problem replyi had posted down agilities and speeds photos of me and opponents please check and give your opinions too

From just the stats, it doesn't look like they should be outspeeding you, but there could be something else increasing their speed in battle if they are not hiding speed from you outside of battle.

i am confused even though i had level 50 reaitsu them had level 43 reaitsu  i think yama had something to do with this

mybe u need to change yorus  lvl 80 equipmet to 90 and infuse them.i have 2 question.the 1st are u a vip0 and the 2nd what agi stone does your yoru have.

r they Useing zanpakuto that give speed buff?
