I'm not hiding it so much as I just keep my peeps in the formation that is easiest for me. Putting the strongest gear on Senjumaru all the time is not optimal outside of CSB.

All I do is literally switch the gears they have on. I don't want to be adjusting stones all the time. Ain't nobody got time for that.
