Need help with location my char ?

As the title ses , I need help locating my characters , Its been a long time since i played and I barrly remeber what servers I played on ...
I know I played on Both EU and US
And yes I know , Look each server for them , the server might have merged with another one ...
All I want is support somehow on locating my char from the staff of this game ...

Ive started looking for them , and cannot find them .

And please spare me the usual answer , oh look for the characters on your own ... look each server and all those common answers .

I need the staff of this game to help me .
