Does Zaraki have two zanpakuto spirits?

Ever since it was offically revealed that Yachiru was his Bankai, what happened at the end of the fight with Retsu and Zaraki has been bugging me.  There is this panel.


That is not Yachiru and she was still in her physical form when Zaraki was able to hear the name of his sword.  At first I thought that Nozarashi was the form his sword took when using the "Kenpachi" power he inherited from Retsu, but after re-reading 527, the voice clearly states it has been watching Zaraki's every movement.  He has been able to speak with Yachiru since before he joined Gotei 13.  Does anyone have a better explanation that him having two zanpakuto spirits?  I can't think of anything else that makes any sense.

just like all zan spirits, they're with their host from like, the beginning of time pretty much, like Zangetsu with Ichigo, in this case Yachiru with Kenny, always been with him even tho Kenny didn't know of her/it's existence

when is it not Yachiru? I feel like your confusion is making me confused

Whether it's her physical form or just background voice for Kenny, that's his zan, it's just she can have a physical form cos why tf not apparently, but yeah it's all 1 person, all this 1 Yachiru, no matter what ^^

That fat guy in that pic is the zanpakuto spirit that starts talking to Zaraki.  If it was just Yachiru he would of recognized her voice.

That panel was showing the time Kenpachi (Zaraki) actually became the offical new Kenpachi, by beating the old one (at that time, the current one) in a fight

that was just an introduction to it

looked like Kenny took down a nigga and the old Kenpachi was like "Oh shit you killing people here? Ok then, who tf are you supposed to be?"

And Kenny's reply was obviously to call himself "Kenpachi", pretty much saying he's going to take the title away from the old fat ass Kenpachi you see there ^^

If it wasn't for the line about watching every movement, that would make sense that he was talking to the spirit of Kenpachi and that Nozarashi was that power manifested and it was not his shikai.  The problem is he wasn't always with Retsu for the Kenpachi spirit to watch his every move, but he was always with his sword.

"Kenpachi" is just a title for the strongest shinigami, there is no kenpachi spirit

maybe he got 2 spirits.... cuz i dont think zaraki alone is using a single spirit's power
