lol I was thinking the same exact thing
vip5 is 5k top up since this person isn't we can say that its 4.9k-2k so lets say it was a 4k youd get 3.2k from it giving you a total of 7.2k and the lowest ive seen hiki is 8k and that's at lowest for the last couple months ive been seeing her at 10-12k

how can VIP4 get Kirio? my US Acc is vip4 nearly vip5 too (need top up only 10$ more), but I can get only Hyorinmaru and Sexy Yurichi. how can he get Muramasa and Kirio.
In Hero event, Muramasa is free but need to top up 8k gold. And he has Kiniji that need to spend 999golds, how can?

lol that's what I thought we could say this person got muramasa from ubp but its still not adding up to have kirinji and hiki with only being vip4

but in Utimate bleach, the event partner is expensive than EU and US server as if there is 100% rebate.
Thus, u r good in looking for event to top up.
