I normally have Senju, Nemu, Mayuri and Yachiru.  When fighting n00b, I change it up since when I kill his Nemu, it causes chaos on my supporters.  I don't want my supporters killing me, lol.  Bankai Rukia is only supporter for this grouping beacuse of the better Mutilate.  I would prefer to have Nemu back there since she is fully modded and boosts the damage of the assaulters plus make them T1.

if you can survive for long enough that is
the burn and mutiliate wont save you if you are oneshoted by a senju or oetsu for example (pretty much any op aoe char works tho)

That's what the 150% defense boost is for.

If you have shit defense, then you are gonna be shit as always.
