I spend them as soon as I get them since usually it doesn't take many pills to get the major crit when you are on the right level

i jumed from 44-45 after using only 1 cultivatin pill ;-)
tho that might have benn a bit highter luck than avarage you would need max 50 pills to be ashured a lvl up

the old reiatsu lvl cap was 115 but they increased it to 150 i think
so IF following the same logic works lvl 111->112 122->123 133->134 144->145
