I just was setting crit stones on Brenji and his crit was 104.3%. I saw that only 48% was only from stones, so I put higher level crit stones, but it was still 104.3..Isnt 90% cap only for stones?

maybe u have also crit from ur equipements ? Or the title 20% crit on assaulters ?
Also he has 15% from his passive, which doesn't go over 90%

So the way it works is you can only get up to 90% with stones unless you have modify and evo. But it is still capped at whatever your Mod + Evo equals. So if you're at 104.3% I assume you have B.Renji's first mod plus evo level 7 or 8 right? So you'll be capped at 90% + 10% + 4.3%. That make sense? So if you get B.Renji's 3rd mod you will be at 124.3% and so on. I believe that is how it works. Someone else could probably explain it better.

Edit: Ah yeah he also has 15% passive which doesn't break the cap. Only Modify and Evo can break the cap, not even titles break the cap I believe. So you could have 85% passive and use 90% in stones and still only be at 90% total unless your modify or evo adds more crit. Make more sense now?

Stones and Refines will only go up until 90%

Evolutions, Modifies and Bonds can break the cap keep going up.

Berserk Renji has 2 crit rate modifies as well as a bond for it.

Finally got B.Renji last week and Modify has been broken on FB for 5 days now...I want to cry.

I see. But if I go to the cap, and than use crit stones, is that count?
