every 30mins you get 3 vit. other then that there are 2x per day it'll give you an extra 20 vit for free 12-2pm and 6-8pm (times are for eu servers) US servers may have a different timing plan. look for the seireitei restaurant top set of icons, looks like a plate of food. There is one last option to getting more vit but that requires you to spend either gold or coupons
