i will say the same as dictateur  for it is a total rob to the ppl there have use real Money for nothing like many have i cant see why you dos the upg 24 hours befor the event ends and i cant see why you cant give the gold back to the ppl for miss it up so yes in the real World is what you did  a rob off ppl you just did so pay back the ppl so we can get over thes

well i would like to say that this is definitely very fuc*ed up. I mean talking about having spent gold and all that... who cares this compensation ain´t worth shit even if you did not.
I spent coupons on vitality but not 1 gold coin and easily ended top 20 with more than 7.5k cristals and more than a day to go... and there was allways the possibility top top up if necessary. So with the title i now do not get and the 3-4 giftboxes i cant redeem (not even considering the amount of poorly used coupons and beauty games --> oportunity costs) i allready lost like easily 10x the value of that compensation. When they reset the event i was in top ten right before they took it of again :/ ...
For server downtime i would accept it even though it cost me more than that since not all players are able to get that much from events.
I feel like i am being abused and treated like a retarded person without haveing spent a dime on the event (i did spend some gold on the other 2 events that appearantly nobody seems to care about which also ads to my costs...). So I kind of hope that the entire EU Servers just stop playing and that way they can get to know the feeling. I know that is not going to happen but if this is really all we get i will stop playing (and being in our top ten - having invested quiet some time and patience - thaat does not come easy to me).
Also one word about the concept of Moderator being the only channel of communication with the devs:
I am sure you are doing a good job, but i don´t really think that they get just how much they piss people off here -- unless they are just really horrible people/businessmen -- so maybe you could inspire them to actually read this entire thread and get a better feel of the issue. I mean many people dont bother to write in the formus so this is just the tip of the iceberg anyway.
Hoping to here some new developements in the matter.

i knows alot of ppl there will not give more Money befor the gat the ones the lost back it is a bad thing for a game to do thes to ppl so gl on getting ppl to pay but you allways gat them from US server to pay up

We don't get any TRUE reward... I was working hard for 8 days to be first on this stoopid event, and what did i get ? Event reset (loosing position) even not getting any reward after finishing reset event

No toping up anymore, i played the event and earn as much as 15k crysts, put some gold it (500), i was number 2 and have prepared a set of vits for the final day but for nothing, i lost half of my beauty games chances (25) and the gold i got (500) + some hundreds coupons for vits, i'm sure there are players who spent 10 times my amount,

So when i see that i had no reward, and the compensation is 2mill (btw evil spirit i make 4 times this amount) 50 vits and 100 coupons, i get the feeling we're laugh at.

This time isn't like the soul hunt, the soul hunt you don't invest money in it and it was a problem conceerning everyone (by this i mean nobody was in disadvantage); this time only eu servers got stroke and the people who decided to play these events got screwd over those who don't.
