Hey man i understand your concern but not a single player in EU 33 have gotten their crystals back.

Now i am not saying you are wrong but i pretty much blame the system at this point when presented with the evidence.

Obviously it is bugged, and there is nothing I can do about it. I can't contact them, it's 5:30am where they are, they are asleep I'd imagine. People need to be patient, they will get their rewards, EVEN IF EVENT ENDS. They aren't going to screw anyone over. Let them get a full day of working on it please.

They also have server mergers to do when they get in as well, so they got a FULL plate of shit to do.

PLEASE BE PATIENT PEOPLE. YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF.

almost all that been complain is vip user, after all they are the one keep this game going so im not surprise they all angry especially vip that almost got the zanpakuto.. to tell the true now many free user is laughing at vip user in my sever.. my advice for the Game Master next time when do maintainen try do after the current event is finish... not the last days of event..

To be fair, they should not even think about doing server mergers whilst they got this issue to deal with, all it will likely do is increase hostility towards them as well as possibly create more problems and/or technical difficulties.

Tried everything to get my crystals back, cost me a bunch of coupons. Now i be lucky to be in the top 20 instead of 8k clear in first... was even thinking of breaking my self set rule and getting hyroinmaru but that is out now for sure as i can not take the risk

Given the lack of communication from them, i got no faith currently in this being corrected in the right manner however I know what steps I will take if that is the case. Sure I will lose my account if i took them steps but that is something I am willing to do if i have too because if this isnt fixed correctly and promptly I can not have faith that my investment is protected (ie they not giving the service that been paid for)
