Ok i have 11 tier hogu str and don't have any zan for 3-1-1, only have kaz hogyoku and sogyo, should i get hiki and oetsu or get one of them and wait for koga, because i waited for anniversary feast for a long time and now am unsure, ichibe is trash don't suggest him.
