yes and no...   I dislike him, but he's undoubtedly a very strong partner.  He's got good points in PVE and PVP, he's blistering fast, hits hard, has a good crowd control effect, but he's too random for my blood, one fight he can win it for you, then the next time you fight them, he hits people that don't make a damn.  Cute Orihime and Smart Nanao would be good supports together as they play off each other nicely... and especially in events, their skills will boost your blocks, and therefore your damage greatly.  you get better rewards from PVE than you do from PVP, especially after the first few weeks the server is open, soon the great bonuses you get for being #1 in server will slow down a LOT.  In evil spirit today i made 30M+ silver and i'm by no means amazing.  The average Ryoka i get between 10 and 20 level 3 spirit stones, 3k souls, 20 to 30M silver, and many many many epic material chests, and again, i only one shot kill through wave 58...  Not to mention the insane amount of XP I get from them.  That's every single day.  Being #1 in arena is nice, #1 in CSB is better, #1 in PVE is better than both of the others combined, all day, every day.
also, if you buy another partner from limited lease, Isshin is a good choice, a third assaulter to use, have him in PVP and PVE, put in Sexy when you pull out your vang in events.  also, build that reiatsu, upgrade your zanpacto, get Zabimaru, use him for events, unless you have Sogyo, he's great in pve and his bonus stacks with Cute Orihime, further boosting your PVE damage...  also, IMO your assaulters and vanguards block should be as high as you can get them, if your 3 assaulters block all the time in events, you can easily double your PVE damage, extra hits, means extra damage, extra blocks means your def is effectivly much higher as blocked hits deal about 1/4 the damage as non blocked hits

oooo  I'd say sexy yourichi, her exc skill is fantastic in PVP (on par with white Ichi or CSB Byaukau IMO)

in events, yes, cute orihime will probably do better, in pvp, i'd test both and see who does better...  Kirinji is stronger for sure, and in probably 40% of the time will give better bonus in pvp...  however if you run a stacked vang, and/or a stacked middle row, cute will be a much more solid partner. I prefer a solid team, compared to a team that is a gamble.   Also, I'm a fury whore, Cute Orihime helps me T1 my team.  My Shinso is natural T1, he T1s my Cute, and she T1s my middle row.  I don't bother T1 on my vang, because I dislike HMA kenny's fossilize.

I must say, please don't let my hate of Tenjiro make you get rid of him.  Test other partners, get other opinions, make up your own mind on him, he's a great partner for sure.  Find out what works best for you and go with it.  I have a Tenjiro on my server that crushes me and he's tough enough to not let me kill him.

Yeah mine is pretty good. Much better bp, and hits harder, but I don't have orihime yet. One problem is, I have no red partner to give my level 12 hogu to yet. Besides kinji, so if i replace him, I have no one to give it to.

300k for your lvl thats actually good. Once you hit 70 make a gear a forge it (just 1) and give it to your vg. Increase the speed of your support as much as you can and focus dmg on your assaulters. Make sure to do zanp conquest everyday to buff your zanp and save for SA to get more decent stones.
Save your coupons for Visord to get fury stones and t1.
And get kisuke once you can and mod him for easier t1

I plan to get cute orihime as well. Should I move agility stones around so nanao and kinji have best stones?

Would it be wise to use most of the 360 exclusive frags i have to get yorus skill, then use the rest on nanao?
