I'd say split even between sexy and soph but i believe in a strong vang and sexy will help in pve   and suze gave great advice IMO

your main will be red soon enough, and could soon see the day we can upgrade our partners to red.  plus you can't get orihime free till i think your mid 80s in level.  so it's not even a question yet unless you feel like wasting some cash on her, lol

Unless you're aiming for a balanced team don't do that..

I'd say stack all on the partner with the best exc skill til you have it

On the partner that has the best exc skill .-.I didn't specify it because there are a lot of options. It's all up to you and your judgement
