idk what levels have to do with it but yeah if u save vit and bg u may be able to get it with out  ...

I want lvl 110 so I can get Ichigo/Aizen/Ishida. Quicker the better, so I'm not saving Vit till then. After I hit it in a day or 2, then I will start saving up. Doing so will cost me being the highest level in NA/EU :p Which I kinda took pride in, but oh wells.

no what the event says to get the title is to get 1-3rd thats what gets u the title. not what some thing says, thats not what is giving u the word. too bad u were too naive to realize that.

he isnt naive that actually are the original rewards but here they nerf the rewards allways but this time they nerf the rewards and they cant even change the title description, and that happened also with the puzzle event they release the event w/o the Kenpachi title and some ppl spend 2500g to get the title because in the description say in puzzle event

well if u can read english u can pretty much sum up that the kenpachi event which requires 9 pieces to win as opposed to the shinigami puzzle event which needs 12 pieces to win are clearly different. such as with the ubp event which clearly states the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes. its not their fault u dont read everything entirely and cant put 2 & 2 together

sorry but i played the CN version of this game some months before this game start, and its the same event but w/o the kempachi title and some changes, btw i agree with the thing that clearly states the rewards but happened the same with the puzzle event so at least if they gonna nerf the rewards they can change the titles description, dont you think??
