well actually u have it backwards the titles are the rewards from the event and have nothing to do with the achievement. Also the event we won the title from was called Ultimate BP event. in the achievements it says you gain the title from the Extreme Power Ranking, 2 different things. its no ones fault you confused or misunderstood the two but your own.

People need to take your post here to heart. All they see is rage and make excuses. I know everyone is upset about Ultimate BP, but it's near impossible to compensate each person the exact gold they spent, the information may have been lost, I don't know. They had their reasons for the compensation. Who knows they may give more, but I doubt it seeing how they would have done so at the same time perhaps.

ANyhow you are correct in the description, people should have read it.

As per message too you... Compensation issued out so far has nothing to do with the bugged event on EU server. But rather the long maintenance period.

Messages sent to support and waiting on response. I give them till the end of the week to respond, and if they don't I will just assume that they can't/wont deal with the matter.

I agree the complaints about the titles are wrong given the event specifically stated that the titles were only going to 1st/2nd/3rd ... but it a completely different matter as to what is being complained about on the EU servers in regards to the event...

The worst thing is the company is not even giving ANY communication on the issue. We have not heard a single thing about the matter ever since the server came back up on Sunday and the bug appeared. If they have got no records of the event in their system for some reason then they have to tell people this instead of hiding in a corner which it currently feels like they are doing. If they communicated with us at least we would know what the real situation is rather then it just looking like they wanting to take money and give nothing in return!

well if your saying the titles were wrong then they still are cause it still says they will unlock for Ex-  Power event and if you look at rewards e-mail it don't say BP rewards it says EX- power rewards

hmmm they must have mixed up the subject in the mail with the other events title. who knows.

So the event was the EX-power event and so the titles should unlock so back to what I said have someone unlock those in game cause there not working.
