B.Renji in? Who to switch out (PvE)

Title asks the question, check my reply below for more info.

If I were to pick up B. Renji, my PvE (mainly ES) formation would change.
Note I use 0-3-2, picture below shows my ES formation:



Normally I'm a 1-2-2 in PvP as seen below:



Cheers, also.. if you feel like it, comment on who would be better in PvP :p
Isshin or B Renji
I know that B. Renji's limit to only  attack 2 enemies can be annoying, but if I'm fighting someone w/ a 1-2-2,
it wont really matter I supose.
**Edit: Just switching up a few things, haven't done a poll post before**

yah Koga instead of Isshin if you have 90% dodge stone on every partner is even better

But dodge is not for PVE, Block is xD

Confused about the Isshin part Is it a ex. skill?

Right now he neither reduces enemy fury on hit nor does he gain any Fury when he attacks.

Pretty sure I've f'cked up my way of using Block stones :p Soph Rangiku is the only one in my formation using block stones or dodge stones at all ;s

I use 3 assaulters for PVE, all have 80%+ block and Kenpachi skill +10% for 3 rounds so i cap it, 0 dodge, since if i dodge, block won't proc

Hmm, I can see I can do alot more stuff to optimize my setup up, but I fear my block stones are ruined for good.. only got level 9 and level 10 on Rangiku :T Bummer..

That Kenpachi skill.. Is it Shin Shura from SWP?
