It looks like you are blind(to the truth). or that you have a problem with your english communication skills.
there's a difference between me asking when it's coming 'again', and when it comes.
I know that it comes once a year, I ask which part of the year it comes in.
Now unless you know, your comment is 'probably' irrelevant/not needed.
