I Am haviing really bad experince with support team, i have made several request to help fix my problems etc i just get fobed off even i was promised some compesnation guess what they did not provide details when and how i get it.
one of the worse complaints i have is that my ultimate hogyoku vanished and all i get is refresh from support team and no other reply you can see the email i sent to support i hope someone from actual support an help me please

today i was lucky i got the ultimate kido attack, however it is not showing in my inventory somehow it has vanish im not happy with this as it i hard enough to get it i have used silver and some gold.
