Sign-in points exchange, keep or redeem?

So now there is this Points Exchange, should I use the sign-in points to buy any or keep it if later on something new and exciting comes in this exchange menu?

I have 113 sign-in points, was thinking of exchanging it for reiatsu or skill scrolls.

Should i save these points for something biig in the future?
