not bad, just slow, they open new servers after new servers and merge still not ready, arena cross ...

THey are ready, they just don't want to do it yet, Server Clash is Nov 8, after merger. Merger was delayed due to EU issues. That's all you need to know.

There is no technical staff. There is two support, Cyrus, and his boss, Charlie, and me on forums to communicate with them.
