You will need 2 days to finish ? I know it's not easy or you think to merge one of days 4,5 or 6th ...

They will merge some servers one day, some more the next ect...

There is no technical staff. There is two support, Cyrus, and his boss, Charlie, and me on forums to communicate with them.


ok first of all I don't have something with you just because you are a part of staff, I know it's hard for you 2 and other guy to take it for the team and maybe you 2 don't have any info about certain facts about game, but still put yourself as a player in our place, nobody give's info, no one from devs team cares about our in game problems or opinions, no one from devs team  give us any info about how come some people received their rewards on BP Event and others NO, I think there should be more talking between forum team and devs, better communication since forum team should be the bridge between players and devs

No support because one these people seem to be tards or something, and players despite being screw over multiple times and with BP event are still going to go and spend money on the halloween event people complain and still spend money on the game before they get any kind of response or compensation so they dont care about our problems when money is still coming from our retarded wallets. (when i say our i dont mean mine )

i had 360+ gold and 800+ coupons disappear on me like 2 months ago and i email them and up to now still no reply or compensation. i even told them i want a reply even if they plan to do nothing and i couldnt get it.

I had a similar issue (although it was only about half as much as what you lost) and no response at all. I waited a few days and sent another email. I again asked for a response. Nothing. That's fine, if they can't support the product, then I don't need to spend any more money on it. I appreciate things like the new Halloween event, but even that has loads of bugs in it. Partner mod, still bugged. Achievements, still bugged.

they do not see the point of communication with us, and news reports about their work. they do want to get that silence us for this money

I don't get it.   Admin says no support at all and then says when the merge is.   Is that why I need to wait 3+ weeks to get a reply from support emails? (still haven't received the reply btw...)

They are sending them out slowly manually, and no to the cross server before merge, as cross server takes 28 days or so to complete, with a week or 2 in between it. I don't feel like waiting a month for merger, so no.

I am the forum team, support is Cyrus and his boss Charlie, then you got the Devs, who do what they want for the most part. Support probably doesn't know why not everyone has the rewards given out, the devs seem to do things how they want, so it's a waiting game. They don't have a big enough staff in support to communicate with you all the time, they are also in China, so the time difference effects it as well, and a bit of a language barrier.

THat's just things we have to deal with, it's an open beta game, they don't force anyone to pay, they don't force anyone to play. If you top up, knowing it's an open beta game, and there will be bugs and issues, then that's on you. They will fix it as/when they can.
