how many exclusive skill does it take to get to lvl 10 because kinda got shunsui and he really isn't that great and wasn't going to use until he got his exclusive

shunsui's skill is pretty damn good. and its not 10 its 30.

And it takes just over 5000 fragmets to get him to exclusive level 30

The growth and skill level requirements are backwards. It's 30 and 10 rather than 10 and 30.

Some of this stuff seems miss leading and / or misspelled for event partners..
First I thought it was 25 for Shinso.. then I thought it was 30.. then 50.. but now I think it's 75?.. Exclusive is confusing to me <.<

It should be
