Noza is amazing for sure, and his price is very nice
TSI is very expensive, but very good
Ichebe is damn tanky
Sexy K is probably the best to build around with her kido def halo

price limit and time frame are probably the biggest deciding factors, but personally (about to hit VIP9) I'm going for Noza and wouldn't trade him for anyone else on the list...  Soph Rangiku is a good build to vang, as she's very good and quite inexpensive, she's just not endgame material for ultra premium teams IMO

70k gold on a vang?!?!?  That's insane...  don't make the mistake of getting a ton of bad ass partners and that's it.  To be strong you will need stones, Hogus, mod souls, equipment, ect, ect, ect...  I don't know if you have played this game long, but I'd suggest you start a file, get it to VIP 4 or 5, and play that file to level 100, learn the ins and outs of the game so you don't waste your gold.  but with 70k gold day one, I wouldn't run a vang, I'd top up during ultra hero, run a 0-3-2 with Main, B Renji, Mugetsu, Senjumaru, Hikifune, main.  B Renji and Mugetsu would be free from ultra hero (along with Sogyo and possibly you'd have enough for muramasa as well) then spend gold on Hiki and Senju (roughly 12k each maybe less depending on events) and the rest spend on stones, treasures, and hogu enhance talismans.  Hell, visored would be a good event to spend your gold durring, free high level treasures, enhance talismans, and LOTS of coupons...  If your gonna top up in this game, get rewards for buying gold, and for spending gold!!  make them work for your money

Welp, I'd say go For Hiki + Senju combo, Brenji is nice, and get Sexy Kukaku instead of Ichibe

Just top up when ultra hero event is there. You can get Sogyo, Sexy yoru and cute orihime from topping up. You can also get muramasa than from there.
