I would say Kukaku for vg. She is the best vg in my opinion due to her mods. With Tensa or better zanpak she does nice dmg too.
Save like 10k vit for a nice ubp. They are putting better partners in now, since there are so much higher partners to buy.

Just top up when ultra hero event is there. You can get Sogyo, Sexy yoru and cute orihime from top ...

B Renji too,  that's what i was trying to say (not sure if it came out that way, lol)  I see no reason not to get as much free stuff as you can from topping up and from spending, lol

if u want to gain lvl's thru pve and dominate pvp as well, get hiki and renji. use seXy yorouichi as well for the combos.

See, what I'm thinking about doing now is topping up 1000 during an event, of you guy's choice, since I want to be good, but I dunno what partners to get.

kukkaku( from anniversary cz you buy stones get points and get kukkaku with them )
b renji from ultra hero , top up 12k and get him for free
mugetsu from ultra hero top up 28k and get him for free
koga(if you like him) from anniversary too
senju (anniversary)

hiki and shy nemu( anniversary )

retsu unohana from ultra hero ( for 10k)

topping up $1000 durring Ultra Hero would have great rewards IMO
