No gold. No support. Game shutting down? [Copy URL]

I'm opening a new thread since there's no respond from the other.

I purchased USD50 and was charged USD300. Send 2 emails 36 hours ago and still no respond. I was charged USD300 to my card, with no ingame currency and no words from GoGame.

Is this game shutting down? Cuz that's the only likely reason I can think of.

I'll wait till 1 week is up before making a proper report to the relevant authorities. I suggest you do the same as well.

Edit: Nevermind, I just wrote to PaymentWall and I'll wait and see if there's any responds from them.

Edit 2: PaymentWall responded within an hour saying that the last transaction have been cancelled. I should be getting back my money within the next 2-3 days. This si what I call support. I suggest you do the same and contact the payment vendor.

Who are relevant authorities?Can you sent report for other issues,like the UBP fiasko (because i DID spent some money for the reward,and i've seen nothing),or only if affects direct payment issue?

Find out where GoGames, the company is registered. Then write to or report to the consumer rights/association in that country. Or if you are in the same country, just make a police report. Because accepting someone's money and not delivering the goods promised is equivalent to scamming and/or stealing.
But in your case, it might get more complicated.
