eu server1 and server 3 are not going to merge? why?

I got no idea, S1 didn't either...but it's pretty dead to.

I saw your earlier post on that Sakai and I was just thinking damn, he going to be in for hell after merge and this isn't taking server clash into consideration as that going to be hell for everyone

well in eu server 3, we can manage to beat the 3 hollow spirit but soon enough our server will be dead

Not sure about the population of the other servers.
In S1, there are currently normally 3 lanes in gw, 40 people are doing ryoka, wave 51 is reached within 20 minutes, and the highest wave was 56 till now.
Our evil spirit is lv 102.
Only empty event is seireitei, but its stupid anyways.

Wait so there is obviously missing server numbers but how do I interpret the list? For example I'm on EU server 9 and it technically isn't listed but when I read this: "EU S8 - S11" Does that mean servers 8,9,10 and 11 are merging or just EU8 and EU11 ?
