Yes, "EU S8 - S11" means EU S8 through EU S11.

well our serv was close to merge with US-10 but no, ninjutsu worked

Be glad it wasn't. I don't see anyone beating him in US, on Server Clash.

I can if my Gin survives his 1st attack, I'm hoping 200k HP gin can pull that off.

yeh as i can see in his stats hes OP at att but his def is low against kido and his hp also is low so yeh Gin can be a great counter against him
