Last BP event still missing

As far as im aware most ppl (if not every1) on EU server does not have their last event rewards,and in top of that you're not even giving an answer concerning this matter.
Probably you just lost the data and dont even have the guts to tell us but anyway,if you have any respect for your players you should give them something in compensation,and i dont mean a ridiculous compensation like 1m exp/silver and 30 coupons.
People are wasting real money on this and we cant even get a decent event experience xD you should really be ashamed.
Lets see what kind of problems are wating for us with the server merge.

better stay after server reset  and claim this Halloween rank reward if you don't want to cry for this to.... who knows after merge what new bugs will be... BP rewards I don't think they will give, they got that BETA excuse for every major bug, is like a green card for  incompetence
