She's not really the meta right now
you can basically play her 2 ways :
1 : You just make use of her speed , she acts like a tank killer
2 : You use her as a damage dealer, cuz she has like 200% atk all ratio, plus it's kido attack so kinda better than physical..

Think of her as a "poor man's Oetsu" they act the same in the mutilate except Oetsu's is random while Brukia is against vg's, which is good when fighting TSI,Kuka, Noza and below

She is mainly a vanguard killer.  Here is an old BR with mine when I had a hard time with a TSI.  The higher damage tick is from her Mutilate.

i miss my B Rukia,  she's amazing...

and for her being the "poor man's otetsu"  she's triple his price, soooo yeah...

as for being worth the price...  if your struggling against hardcore vangs, she's very worth it, otherwise, a zero division partner is probably better

I never did see many Bankai Rukia/s in HMA. (None in CSB and Arena)
