Halloween feast to do or NOT

im in several minds here i have already done the first day top up 6k total gold i have is 13.5k so i have 21 mask so far collecting vip6 mask, (shame nothing for vip 9), i have senbon i use but is really anooying since it gives nothing to support.
ideally i need tensa or higher rank zank also i need high level sprit stones which can be obtained from anniversary feast. is tessai good to get ? currently i use 1 3 1 krinji/hiki, b renji yammi manic blade and noza.
i can do another 6k top up maybe 18k all together.

If you check my post about the event, it shows how to get Katen for doing a 6k top up for 2 days.  Being VIP6(9) you can get Katen from spending 29k gold of the 30k gold you can get from the 2 days of topping up.

You want high lv spirit stones wait for the lottery event. For every 200 you get a free draw and the bottom stones are lv5, you'll get a couple of these. But the points accumulated will allow you to get lv8 spirit stones at a decent cost, think like 8 points each. so you'll get a lv8 spirit, of your choice Agil, Stam, Str, Wis, for every 1600 topped up. That's not spending anything at all.

Anniversary will cost 6k for each stone + whatever points you may get for a partner or zampacto. I've never done it, so I'm not sure if it is good.
But with the other another event could be running to give you that option as well.

Based on the other events running you may make out big. Just a matter on hitting the right ones.
