Help me in deciding-formation for es

I just got b.renji(only at lvl 10 no exp things) now what i am confused is after levelling him up, do i change just for event es or ryoka, what formation?
I currently use soo zabimaru, yamamoto and main. use zabimaru as zanpakto(lvl 70) which gives crit damage to zabimaru. Now do i change yama for events or do i change soo zabimaru, as i cant replace main. I wont get crit damage bonus if i dont use soo renji.

why not use form brenji main soo zabimaru for (pve), and brenji main yama for (pvp)...
brenji with tripple crown title can make a lot output dammage on ryoka and ES...

Voted yama main b.renji, but i just realized you was talking about pve team. As far as i know partner attribute bonus(the one you get from fortyfying zanpaktou) doesn't work in events(correct me if i'm wrong). Still swp renji should be better unless you are stacking your yama (or if your yama have 7th mod, this 25% combo looks tempting)

Zabimaru, Brenji and main for PVE.

Main and Yamamoto for PVP.
Zabimaru works too if you prefer him over Yamamoto in PVP.

It's more about the growth rates of skills

Swp renji has a lot better skill for pve than yama. If your yama with his skill with 150% growth rate can do more damage than swp renji with his 180% growth rate +25% attack and +25% crit damage bonus from his skill (If i remember correctly, when i will be home i will check it) then use yama. But to have that difference on damage your yama need to be stacked really hard. Also If i'm wrong about attribute bonus not working in pve i don't think yama has chance to beat swp renji in term of damage.

i am giving most good stuff to yama, exclusive frags lvl 32 full evo and soo renji is at exclusive lvl 1 havent done anything on it. Also i change to 3 assaulters during pve give H.Ichigo's stuff to soo renji.
Oh and zanpakto attribute does work in ES dont know about ryoka. I was going to make zabimaru lvl 100 for 100% crit dmg. But now i got B. renji and all confused what to use.

Does burn effect gets on ES or it is immune to that too. If burn happens then i get more dmg from yama even though skill growth rate is less than soo renji.
