I need experts opinions

Hello,
I am a Vip 9 player in EU server.
I wasted so much $$ back in the day in this game, now it's almost 1 year i not topping up tons of $. i did only a little top up 10$ just for Reio.
I am a kind of F2P now.
Sadly i lost #1 in arena, #1 in CSB and #1 in Ryoka.

I need your opinion about PvP and PvE.
I am sorry for my wall of text.
I will tell you my roster, but first i want to say. ES in my server is useless. There are 3-4 players who waste tons of coupons and ES end in 2 mins or less. So i get almost no silver. So the only PvE event is Void and Ryoka.

atm i am 2nd in Arena and Guild War and 9th in CSB. the 2 players from my server with god nozarashi are in front of me in CSB, even if i can kill them in my arena.

ES i not even change formation anymore coz end in 2 mins or less and i stay with pvp formation.
Ryoka end at wave 80 and usually i am 3rd

Usually i am doing 10 mil - 12 mil every fight.


Strategy:
I am saving coupons for Visored Revenge, until i have 15100 coupons to get all the rewards. I am saving Vitality until 11000 to get UBP partners/Zanpakuto. I am saving Red fragment from Soul Coltivation reset to buy the fourth Red Hogyoku ( Godlike Kido ATK & Speed ).I am saving modify fragments in my Urahara, Harribel, Komamura, Tosen and Unohana to Inherit them.
I have 6x Ultimate lvl 100 gear. I have full set  Galaxy Blade lvl.100 for Shura Kenpachi,  a full Bloodyslay Rune lvl.100 for Main Kido and i have a Forged lvl 140 4/6 spirit forged for Hikifune to maximize his speed.
All my PvE weapon have lvl 159 fortify and PvP have Psychic. Hikifune boots are lvl 159 fortify.

After this wall of Text what i ask is your opinion.

What should i do to improve my strategy/team ?
I think i could have a better formation for Void and Ryoka for example.
Let me know what you will do and if you need more info or some screenshoot.

hmm i think i came to see your stats in your server i cant beat you in csb, now i know why lol, i can see there is alot of spreading going on with your partners and team i suggest work on one max them out then move to your 2nd priority in the long run you will be stronger i notice alot just spread exclusive frags on every partner its not the way if you have to work on ex for 2 and 3 the absolute maximum . have 2 two team and stick with it pvp or pve.

CSB Aizen would swap gear with Shura Kenpachi for party changes
Noza would swap with B Renji
Oetsu would swap with Cute Orihime

You want 3 assaulters and no vanguard in events to raise your block damage (3 blocks vs just 1)  once you stop one shotting ryokas, watch the first round of your fights after, you can tell by the first round if your assaulters are lasting 3 rounds.  If your assaulters can last 3 rounds your better off with 3 assaulters vs 2 assaulters vs one vanguard, also, If your willing to build up your Sexy Yourichi, I'd put her over Shura Kenpachi as I'm sure your block stat is already very nice on all 3 of your assaulters, making his skill MUCH less nifty, yes his damage rate is 50% higher than Sexy's is, her stats are better, plus she uses a Ghost Blade, not a spirit blade, plus she builds fury for everyone, AND boosts all of your supports damage by 10% from skill, and another 10% from mods (BTW, from personal tests, I can say with 100% certainty, Isshin is much worse than Sexy Yourichi or Shura Kenpachi in PVE, no question.

@MylarHyrule PvP formation SWP Aizen ( Ultima Aizen ) help me vs the GOD NOZARASHI in my server. Why u say to change him with CSB Aizen ? I will paste here the Battlereport ( if it works ) of CSB, and vs first 4 players in my arena. So u can understand better the situation.
PvE formation, as i wrote in the wall of text XD Ryoka in my server ends at wave 80. I should have 90% block on my 3 assoulters if i use my block stones + cute orihime.....BUT i am not sure if they will live for 3 rounds, i should check it this evening.
At this point pls, tell me what i should do with Inherit options on my characthers and what zanpakuto i should focus. If i should. I have no problem to use my last 1300 golds to inherit stuff if worth it.

@Ladykyojin Thank you for your opinion too. I undestood your opinion but i am not english, and your english was a little hard to understand for me. So,  I have no problem to use my last 1300 golds to inherit stuff if worth it. What i should maximize ( i think Hikifune ? for pvp ) and the second priority ( Beserk Renji for pve ? ). Let me know your strategy, if u were in my shoes.

@Brahmastra I will report some Battle, if copy paste with TORCH browser works. I lose coz, somethimes with Hikifune+Main10th skill+Ultima Aizen i can't kill assoulters and supports, so my Nimaiya mutilate went on assoulter or the last support alive. And their GOD NOZA clear my team with blocks+DMG. But i want to focus on PvE too, coz i start to slide from #1 position to #5. Now i am third, not so far from 2nd and not so far from 4th. So i need information to improve my game in PvE too

sadly copy battle report not works and i can't paste the couple of fight in ES. To show you the test with sexy yoruichi hikifune and sogyo, like mylar wrote.

So, i recorded a short video in the last ES.

In the recent past i not recorded any video on ES or Ryoka, so i have not something to compare. I just remember in Ryoka with my PvE formation i did over 460mil coz i killed a ryoka with 465mil HP left. Was a hign wave, i think something like 77-78.
Usually ES dmg is half. Today i did 2 fights. On my ES arrancar i did 194mil; in Shinigami ES i did 154mil. Meaning 300-400 mil in Ryoka. But this evening i will record a short video with Mylar formation in Ryoka high wave so i will be sure of my dmg.

BUT i think with Mylar formation i am losing DMG. ok, my Shura Kenpachi is not so bad and Sexy Yoruichi still a baby. Are you sure, if i will Inherit Exclusive skills on Shura Kenpachi and i will work on Evolution/Exclusive skills on Sexy Youruichi , i will do more DMG ?
I don't have SMART NANAO to make bond on Sexy, so another point to keep Shura.
I am scared to ruin all my pve trying to build Sexy and kill Shura XD
