Please explain how players under lv159 or under 4mill BP are in the Masters bracket and how just 1 player can be in the lv121-lv159 bracket.

Who in there right mind is going to build to lv150+ but not reincarnate when it starts at lv110?
That's just stupid.

On top of that my main is only lv1 reincanation.

im the weakest cuz no jakka, but i can win now vs kirby and shiro if i get lucky. about kirby vs shiro im not sure it will be a kukaku vs kukaku fight anyway, but i will bet on kirby
