Choosing the right Vanguard for my team + Future red tavern

Hi all been a while since i've really cared about my team's future until the recent addition to B.Renji and recent/future updates... So basically i can't decide what to do about my vanguard, Currently using Hollow Ichigo and even though i'm level 127 i've bearly done any work to him so i figured before i get stuck into evo and exclucive skills i'd better do it to the right Vanguard! With the future of upgrading tavern partners to red (if we ever see this update) i've started leaning towards stark.. however my issue right now is that my vanguard dies fairly quick (especially against Aizen's pre-fights in hollow soul map).

So basically just looking for opinions on which vanguard to choose while keeping in mind future tavern update. for those who think i should stick with ichigo, what should i be working on to make him a little more tanky.

stick with hollow ichi when the red upgrade comes out he be beast i have noza and i already started building my h ichigo in the background ready for the update. i would work on noza if you dont have him yet he is very good for pve huge damage and 100% fury to random team member.

Thanks for the replies, i'm currently only 130 coupons towards noza's first stage so honestly it'll be quite some time before that's a reality.. Do you know if the tavern partners abilities will change after being upgraded to red or will it just increase their base stats/growths?
