that skill only aply to healinf recieved from others, not regeneration and revive enchant ++
you will need tu get laceraction on the enemy to prevent all kinds of healing

swp grimjow and yama got laceraction effect in their skills, so it is verry much possile to do ;-) but unless you are currently lvl 60 id advise getting yama (cuzrgrimmjow is good for pve too tho he generally do suck before you can make it to his pantera form
