Not sure about the ratio.... I did 900k dmg / 850k silvers per hit. Silver amount I guess is affect by your damage and evil spirit level. I think gold janken you got from lv70 and lv80 are the same.

i just saw something new called ruri iro hogyoku. it seems like new kind of gear but could someone explain the details? like does jade 3 make a difference with 4 and 5 etc. and what types are there.

Is this what you mentioned? Something very similar with accesories. Accesories add attributes (dex, str, wis etc) but Hogyoku add direct stat (attack, speed, defense, hp etc). In the interface, there is a button to make Hogyoku with silvers (200 tries cost around 2 mil). There is chance to fail on creating this stuff, if you failed you will have some silver return.
If above picture is not the thing you mentioned, could you post a screenshot?

yes that was it. there only seemed to be 8 types or so of different stats and 8 slots max although i dont know if its possible to have more of the same type equipped
so does the jade level mean anything at the creation step?

Currently, there are only 6 types. Not possible to equip same type (phy attack vs phy attack). Jade level doesn't mean anything, what you need is luck. Even you unlock the 4th stage before you create the Hogyoku you may still get crap from it.
